12 Large Vintage Brass 1 3/4” Curtain Rod Rings Clips Clam Shell GOULD Germany

This is a set of 12 large vintage brass curtain clips with a clamshell design.
I am uncertain as to exactly how old they are, but they definitely have very good age.
They each measure 3 1/8 inches tall x 2 inches wide (8 cm x 5.1 cm). They will fit on a rod measuring 1 3/4 inches thick (4.4 cm).
I have seen many of these in smaller sizes, but the larger ones are fairly rare.
They are each marked on one side GERMANY and the other side GOULD.
They each have a strong spring hinge.
From what I understand, they are commonly used for café curtains, drapes, lace or even Christmas tree ornaments.
They are all in good condition.
Together they weigh a little under 4 ounces (108 g).
