1891 Chicago Rock Island & Pacific Railroad lawsuit Bloomfield document ephemera

1st - I AM NOT A BUSINESS AND DO NOT HAVE POSTAL PICK-UPS TWICE A DAY  so please allow me IF needed an extra day or 2 to get to the Post Office.
Sorry but sometimes, not always, the colors are off/yellowish when my is taking picts of bright things.
l acquired a large lot of RARE railroad/railway related and other old envelopes, stamps, military items, ect. and of mostly defunct railroads.
Incase they are actually as rare as I think they may be, I'm keeping my "BUY IT NOW" values high on all of these items. Better to be wrong on the high side then on the low side.
This is a document pertaining to maybe stolen railroad ties? The condition is not great but subject is interesting. It will be mailed in a protective plastic envelope. I like the nice "CONGRESS LINEN" watermark.
P.S. - I am often not around for the weekends and between Covid and the Holidays, the U.S. Mail is sometimes being VERY[weeks] slow so please be patient.
