1927 1928 ? Packard Eight Original Dealer Only Ad Proof Sedan

Offering an original 1928? (undated so not sure of the exact year) Packard Eight ad proof. This item was sent to dealerships as a sample of the magazine ads running in various publications. This item is NOT an ad cut from a magazine - the reverse is blank and it is much rarer as it was not available to the public. A sedan model is pictured but the content is general and no specific models are mentioned.
This ad proof has 1 page (blank reverse) and measures 8 1/2" by 11"
Condition: This ad proof has a paperclip indentation on the upper right edge. The ad is hole punched - I'm not sure if this is how it was originally produced or if this was done by the Packard dealer. Very nice item overall.
