Our standard freight shipping price includes freight shipping to any business address within the lower 48 states. We will provide a free lift gate delivery service that will allow the driver to drop off the freight shipment to any business that does not have a loading dock. We also include a free notification prior to delivery call for each freight shipment. All freight shipments going to a residence or New York City will cost an additional . Email us your postal code if you need a shipping quote for an item going outside the lower 48 states.
You must include the business name, contact name and phone number upon checkout so that we can process your order. We can not ship your order until we recieve this info.
Upon delivery we ask that each buyer inspects all items for any concealled and nonconcealled damages that may have occured during shipping so that they can be noted on the delviery receipt. If no damages are noted for on the delivery receipt then we assume the buyer is satisfied with the product. If any damage exists, promptly contact us at 512-347-9090 to report the damage.
