PLEASE REVIEW OUR COMPLETE RETURN information before ordering. Parts are NOT RETURNABLE for a refund should they not solve your problem. Our purpose selling below our cost is to liquidate our inventory.
We have 40 years experience in appliance repair. The parts offered by us and others on EBay are TREMENDOUS values if you know what you are ordering. The prices are almost always below dealer wholesale. We often buy on EBay ourselves.
Because of EBay’s policies we have had to list our parts as “NO RETURNS” .
This DOES NOT mean we will not stand behind our parts
. If there is anything wrong with the part we will allow you to return it, and at our option, replace it or refund your money. Please read our reviews and you will see!
We just ask that you be certain that the part you are purchasing is the part needed to fix your machine before buying. Because, while we guarantee all of our parts to be in 100% working condition, we cannot guarantee that they will fix your problem.
If you are interested in buying from us please take advantage of our experience. We will happily try to answer any questions you have before ordering. If you have any question that the part will fit your model please email us with your complete MODEL and SERIAL numbers and we will be happy to research it for you.
If you looking at an electronic or electrical part and you are not an experienced tech we would recommend that you have someone experienced, who will be responsible for the part, look at your appliance.
We realize that sometime it is MUCH LESS COST to just buy one of our parts and try it yourself. That is fine, but PLEASE do not ask us to take the part back when it does not fix your problem. We cannot accept the return.
We list all our items as NEW, NEW OTHER or USED.
NEW OTHER are essentialy the same as new. Many are brand new, never used. Some are overstocks. They may have been re-packaged. Some are misdiagnoses our techs have installed and immediately removed.
USED items have been installed on an appliance for some length of time. Some may be almost new and in original boxes.
