  • Condition: Nice overall condition considering age. Blade shows light scratching throughout, and moderate pitting on the reverse side. The blade edge has a couple of tiny nicks. The nickel Silver guard shows some scratching and light patina. The scales show light scratching, and one side has missing segment on the end near the pins. There are a few chips along the edges, and a couple of mild cracks. The leather sheath is heavily worn, but remains intact. The IXL is faded, but still can be seen, and it fits on/off the knife with ease.

    6" blade marked: "G. Wostenholm & Son Washington Works Sheffield", "The Real I*XL Knife",  "The Hunter's Companion"
    Ricasso marked I*XL
    Simple Nickel Silver Guard
    Beautiful Scales with nickel silver oval escutcheon on one side
    Original Leather scabbard w/ Nickel Throat and tip, Gilt trim
    Measures approx. 10" Total Length
