Antique J. Wilbur / England Fixed Blade 10" Knife in clean collectible condition.
It has a partial tang with 5 1/2" of exposed blade.  Blade is stamped 'England' as well.
Looks like a very early fisherman's fillet knife but may also be a kitchen knife.
