Antique unusual 1921 Manistee & North Eastern Railroad Mi. "carloads" document

Description

1st - I AM NOT A BUSINESS AND DO NOT HAVE POSTAL PICK-UPS TWICE A DAY  so please allow me IF needed an extra day or 2 to get to the Post Office.
Sorry but sometimes, not always, the colors are off, yellowish and
sometimes
blue when my is taking picts of bright things.
l acquired a small lot of RARE railroad/railway and transportation  related envelopes, documents, US postage items, military items, ect.
This is in really nice condition for 100 year old piece that is different than the usual letters, bank checks, ect.. This would be a nice item for someone collecting Michigan RR items.
