Appleton's Old English Crewel Wool, NOS Colors 101-299 mar
Appletons Crewel yarn, hanks, half hanks and skeins. This is new old stock from an estate auction. The owner had a shop devoted to needlecraft and was liquidating her inventory. I gave some to my cousin who is a master needleworker and she was thrilled with the quality of the yarn.

The photo in the listing for each color shows all of the colors in that group, to find the exact shade, match the last digit, for example in color 106, the exact shade you are purchasing is the one labeled 6 in the photo.
Crewel wool, 2 ply - skein = 25 m, 4 grams; half-hank = 90 m 12 grams; and hank = 180 m 25 grams
The full hanks come in continuos length. The half-hank comes in cut lengths of approx 75 cm The skeins are mostly cut to the 75 cm length (by the shop owner) but some are continuos length with the original labels. All weights are approximate.
Additional colors are available in my store, I have almost all of the available colors. I will honor the shipping discount across each of the separate listings, there were too many for me to list all together. I will issue a credit before shipping.
