    Description

Selling this Best Classic Santa Fe Easel II that is currently in my storage unit in West Warwick, Rhode Island. It’s a truly fantastic studio easel designed to last a lifetime and it’s in excellent condition.     My wife’s a painter, so there’s some paint on it, as you can see in the photos (we’re only selling it because we’re out of the country at the moment and unable to use it).
Here’s the description from Dick Blick Art Supplies:
“The Santa Fe II is a double masted studio easel for the serious artist, excellent for large work. Fully adjustable, it's made from hand-rubbed, oil-finished solid oak, for beauty and longevity. Best easels are designed to be much more than just something to rest a canvas on.  The mast of the Santa Fe II is self-contained in its own box construction and slides upward without the fuss of additional bolts and knobs. A deluxe, 26" wide painting tray offers two 1-quart stainless steel canisters (included). Non-skid rubber grips secure paintings on the tray. A winch-lift system raises and lowers canvases up to 200 lbs (91 kg) with ease. Front locking plastic casters are included with the Santa Fe II. It has a double-laminated quad base and side frames. This easel offers a variety of settings for sitting or standing, plus angle setting. It folds flat for easy storage.”
The current best price I could find to buy this easel new is 8 at one of the top art supply stores.
