New features for the CM-2010: sound level has increased by 11dB and exceeds  DOT/FAA/AR-09/49 recommendations.

    User's Information
    Press and hold the test button (up to 4 seconds may be necessary) to check the battery, alarm will not sound if the battery needs replacing. The CM-2010 can be left ON continuously and the battery will last many years. Check the battery before use. When needed the CR2032 battery can be easily replaced.
    Alarm levels:
    25 to 99 ppm, industry standard T4 signal for carbon monoxide.
    100 to 199 ppm, T4 plus 1 longer beep.
    200 to 299 ppm, T4 plus 2 longer beeps.
    300 to 399 ppm, T4 plus 3 longer beeps.
    ≥400 ppm,          T4 plus 4 longer beeps.
    Residential carbon monoxide detectors in accordance with UL 2034 purposefully delay their response for hours at low carbon monoxide levels. The CM-2010 responds in less than 60 seconds and begins alerting at only 25ppm. Alerting faster and at lower levels allows individuals to know about their exposure and take appropriate actions sooner.
