Typical Q Form 1. Note that each Form 1 stocked at Union Station showed the dater die on the face of the ticket. Standard Edmondson size card ticket (2¼" x 1¼"). If you don't know about Edmondson, look it up online. (Some Edmondsons had an agent's stub that was chopped off, foreshortening the ticket width). As with most lifted tickets, this has some creasing.
