Color
Color fidelity of transfer to original (submitted) artwork may be approximate and not exact for a variety of reasons.
Gang Sheets
You may create your own gang sheets, no additional charge.
We do not create gang sheets for you.
We will NOT accept gang sheets that mix both color and all white images.
We do not cut and trim images apart.
Returns/Refunds
Refunds only for our error, substandard quality, item not as described in eBay listing. Note that there is no guarantee of exact color match.

Heat Press Instructions
COMMERCIAL HEAT PRESS REQUIRED
Preheat press to 315 degrees (F) for most materials. For 100% polyester materials use 285F.
Pre-press material for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
Align the transfer where you want it.
Cover with teflon sheet or parchment paper.
Press with medium/heavy pressure for 12-15 seconds. Medium pressure for 100% polyester.
Let the DTF transfer cool, then peel back (not up) in a single, smooth motion
Cover the transfer with teflon or sheet or parchment paper and second press again for 5 seconds.
Second press benefits are softer hand feel and durability.
