Item Description
The Denon DMD-1000, released in 1999, is an audiophile-targeting high-fidelity MD player. It features the exceptional ALPHA (Adaptive Line Pattern Harmonized Algorithm) 20bit SLC (Super Linear Converter) digital-to-analog converter (DAC), high-quality capacitors and resistors, and anti-vibration damping construction. ALPHA Processing takes lower bitrate signals and converts them algorithmically to a 20bit signal, enhancing the dynamic range of the music. All of these factors allow for the highest possible quality in playback of audio from MDs. Like other Denon equipment of the era, the DCD-1000 is attractive in appearance, with an emphasis on luxury.
This MD player is in very good condition, with minor aging, including a few minor scratches (please see photos). This player works perfectly and has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation.
