Description
Why am I selling?This business was originally set up to consolidate my freelance work and provide a sandbox for me to become a better skilled digital strategist. I used this business to fine tune my SEO skills throughout the years, working endless hours optimizing content, experimenting with paid search and gaining a wealth of knowledge that has since enabled me to elevate my career and leapfrog traditional promotion timelines. However, the project gained so much traction that it’s a legitimate second job on top of my professional career and I have to make a choice. I’ve decided to move into a data science career path and leaving the branding/marketing part of my digital experience behind.
What are the plans/net revenue?
SEO/PPC and social plans are already built out with competitive pricing and significant margins. The plans are divided up in 3 tiers (local, regional and national) and are designed with the idea of taking a startup all the way to national level advertising. In essence, if a client where to start at the most basic of basic plans, there is a clear path for them to grow over time to the largest plan if they so choose.
The vast majority of the target market will fall into one of the lower 2 tiers. This model has much better retention rates than traditional agency model because it gives the clients the ability to set realistic goals and growth models with the support of a flexible marketing department. Overall, it clearly defines a path to success, which when given to entrepreneurs like small business owners, is much more rewarding to work towards rather than just paying an invoice each month and getting a Power Point report.
Each plan has a rollout task schedule covering 6 months’ worth of work. Six months is the recommended timeframe to space out SEO work in order to obtain organic growth KPIs.
