I collect these glasses, so I inspect them with a very critical eye. I will describe any imperfections I can see, but they may be very minor or un-noticeable to the average observer. None of the glasses I list have any chips or cracks unless otherwise noted. I take extreme care in my listings, you will not find better described glasses listed on this website. Have confidence that the glasses you buy from me will be as good or better than they are described.
5oz, 3 3/16” tall glass in excellent condition. Grand Prize, the beer started by Howard Hughes! Please look closely at all photos for an accurate understanding of the condition. The only signs of use I can find on the glass are two specks on the right side from bumps with other glasses, nothing very noticeable. The label is very good and doesn’t appear damaged in any way. White is a delicate color and, when you look close under light, you can see where the printing is thinner inside some of the letters. Overall, this label is about as good as you get on glasses this old. The gold trim is worn in areas, but neither of the rings is worn completely off in any one spot. This is a classic label and really cool vintage piece. These old beer glasses are perfect for display or every day use. I like them as wine glasses, personally.
