It weighs 12.5 lbs +/-. the float is the approximate size of a basketball.++++  My importer informs me that these floats were used and from the 60's and 70's, even though their over 50 years old I do NOT use the terms "Vintage" or "Antique', as when it comes to japanese fishing floats I do not know when they qualify for these terms.  Also, please read my feedback, satisfied clients truly tell the quality and beauty of these floats.   Thanks
