    Brought on by customer request, We now offer the 6" fish fillet knife in its own sheath. This one makes a lot of sense to me as it has extreme flexibility to glide along in any form. The Blade is stainless . The simple birch handle and sensibly sized blade keep the weight down to under 6 ounces including the sheath. It's not burdensome on the belt.
    Jarvenpaa has been producing this knife for almost 50 years with great success and we now have it available.
