Comes with 4 (four) Mini Discs (three used and one Brand New), and User's Manual on CD-R. This unit is Original Japanese Version so its should operate on 100 volts, it works fine on US 110-120 volts, but I would recommend that you use 120 to 100 volts Step Down transformer (not included)
