  • Condition: handmade and unique very naive looking with bends to and dents to silver tin metal and a small paint spot on dark wood handle on one side. with 2 small impressions on same side of wood handle to wood. blade has a very faint decorated stamp with some tarnish to steel. please view all pics.

    Description

    here is a unusual old handmade and very naive / primitive fixed blade knife with needle point blade. the hand is made of a dark brown unknown wood with segments on each side doweled in with two pins on each side. one side is fairly nice and the other side has 2 small impressions in wood and a small paint spot on it. the handle is surrounded and encased with a unknown silver tin metal and hand decorated with etched or stamped tiny zipper like triangular toothed lines.. the overall length is approximately 8" with a sharp thin blade of 4 1/2" in length and the base being 1" across. There is a faded stamp on blade with what looks like a partial flower and some other scroll like marks. weighs 3 oz. the tin metal handle has small dents in it in some spots. This is a very crude handmade knife possibly from the Middle East somewhere circa 1920-1940? please view all pics. sold as is as found. I ship within 24hrs of cleared payment.
