Here is a very attractive and very unusual pair of antique Bilston Battersea enamel on brass curtain tiebacks featuring a woman with a bonnet and an elaborate hairdo. They measure about 2 1/16" by 1 5/8" on illustrated ends and about 2 5/8" to 2 3/4" long including screw. (One screw is a bit longer than the other- one possibly lost a bit of tip but is still very functional). They are in excellent condition overall. Enamel is in excellent condition.  There is some expected darkening/toning of metal appropriate to age. There is some more noticeable spottiness on back sides. They look great overall. They are sold as a pair. Please sees photos.
