Pair rare antique United States Great Seal brass tie backs presidential curtain

Offered for auction are a rare (based on no other examples found on line) pair of antique curtain tie backs featuring the 'Great Seal'. Appear to be a printed image under a thick lens shaped piece of clear glass and probably date to the second half of the 19thc.
Nice overall condition with one bent screw as seen in the images. Uncleaned patina on the brass. Looks like they should be in the oval office of the White House.
