The domain and site are hosted with Dreamhost.com. The template used for development is mobile friendly (responsive), and the site is indexed by google (search for: best dry dog foods 2017, as an example keyword). I will transfer ownership of the domain name, database, and content. Currently it uses the Joomla CMS, which is just like Wordpress. You can obviously use whatever you'd like for a CMS, but if you use Joomla, the transition of database and content will be much easier.
