    Description

    Precision Pitch Grade Level Scale (Inclinometer) ~Modern Utilities Co.~ Wood Box. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
    A rare "Perfection" Pitch-Grade Level Scale manufactured by Modern Utilities Company of Harrisburg, PA, USA.  Used, in working condition.  One previous owner.  A well cared for and never abused tool.  Photos are of the
    exact
    item you will receive.
    Level is made from metal and measures 12-inches long.  Raised scale graduation marks are easily legible.  Left-hand side column contains a clear liquid bubble scale and top portion contain another clear bubble scale (under removable metal protector clip).  Scale selector knob moves smoothly in groove.  Previous owner did label the tool -- see photo #4.  Has surface scuffing and paint chipping from normal use.
    Wood box is in good condition.  Also has writing / labeling and previous owner sticker.
