Several years ago, Samuel Adams turned to world-renowned glass designer Georg Riedel to help design the perfect glass specifically for Utopias. This set includes the glass and the custom printed collector's black case, housing the snifter. While I'm selling these as "New", a couple of the cases have sustained a dent or two, over the years in storage. The glasses themselves are unharmed, and still have the black & red Riedel sticker on their side. Coming from a clean, nonsmoking home.  See all pictures for greater conditional detail.
This limited edition retired snifter represents the milestone TENTH year anniversary for Sam Adam's most hard-to-find and coveted ($$$!) beer.
The beer which this glass is designed to house, is illegal in 13 of the US States, its alcohol content is 28%.  What a story behind this treasured American brand's premier line of fine beer!
A brew as unique, complex and spirited as Utopias should be enjoyed in a glass that enhances its aroma and flavor, such as this small-bowled snifter glass at room temperature in 1 to 2 ounce pours.  Enjoy!
