This is a set of 3 swing arm brackets. I've seen ones like them before described as oil and gas lamp hangers, but they could also be plant hangers.Floral motifs on brackets, Victorian Aesthetic Movement but more like Italian Renaissance Revival.
Expected wear to metallic finish, see photos.
Dimensions: From the wall to the far end loop is 14 inches. The wall plate is 4 inches tall. The top of the wall plate aligns with the top of the loop.
From the wall to the center of the pivot is about 2 inches.
The rod arm is about 3/8 to neatly 1/2 inch thick.
