    For sale: A USED SONY MXD D3 CD PLAYER with MINIDISC  PLAYER/RECORDER.
    This unit can be used to copy songs easily from CD with song name and title to MiniDisc, so you don't have to enter the song titles manually (if the CD has CD-text on it).

    Notes
    : The Sony manual says "With the following kinds of CDs, you may experience a reading failure or noise when recorded to an MD: CD's with adhesive labels, irregularly shaped CD's (heart-shaped, star-shaped, etc.), CD's with printed text concentrated on one side only, old CD's, scratched CD's, dirty CD's, warped CD's"
    The MXD-D3 transfers CD-Text information (if provided on the CD) to the MD when recording from CD, so you don't have to title it all manually. Keep in mind that there are some SCMS-like rules for CD-Text, meaning copies of copies may not work.
    Overall Condition
    See pictures for cosmetic condition. Although it has some wear on the case, the front looks quite good.
    I plugged in this unit to test that it powered on and could play back CD and MD, but I did not get to test more than that.
