This little bird box is made of pewter but the pewter doesn't really get seen since it's enameled a blue and soft white. The bird is just 2 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches long. This bird is blue but not exactly a bluebird. Kind of a fictional bluebird. I'm not really sure what you could actually put in this box because it's so shallow. Maybe it could hold your rings while you do the dishes? Or maybe a single Cadbury creme egg would fit in there? It's really just a charming little bird that I could see someone of any age enjoying. I can see a young girl liking this as well as my 86-year-old mother! I do combine shipping. Request the total after you commit to buy. If you do overpay I always refund the extra.
