    This is a Victorian double bracket plant/lamp holder. The cast iron has the original good condition paint. The wear is appropriate foe the age and use. There appears to be no known damage/s. The arm with the two holders can be moved to different positions within 180 degrees.. This item has a Eastlake design and would date from the 1880s-90s.
