Approx. 4" wide x 4 1/2" tall shield design, blue rolled-edge border with white outer background.  The inner design features a circular design with bear on a bridge, green forests behind, US and NM flags.
In black lettering
reads "Village Of Cloudcroft N.M. 1898" across bottom and "Police" across top.   Cloth
backing.  Mint condition, as shown.
