Vintage Pre-Cop-Tic Magnifying Swivel Loupe made in Haddon Heights, NJ This belonged to my grandfather. He was a cartographer and artist. The black base is bakelite and it was tested postive with semi-chrome. The piece will need TLC and I am leaving that up the the buyer. The swivel 360 degrees and it works properly, just needs cleaned Height 1.62" tall and 2.12" long
