    Description

    Vintage Large Mexico Bowie KNIFE Etched 10" Blade Brass HORSE HEAD & Horn Handle
    This is a nice handmade knife from Mexico.
    The handle is made of aluminum with a brass horse head pommel and horn scales.
    The 10 inch blade is etched on both sides.
    One side reads: "
    ‎Palomas no se hagan bola, que ahi les va su gavilan".
    The other side reads: "S. Garcia. M. Oaxaca, Oax. Mexico" and has a scene that appears to be a cat or tiger chasing a rabbit and/or deer.
    This knife comes with a handmade sheath that is coming apart and needs repair.
