Vintage Optometrist Noyes & Cutler Surgical & Optical Eye Kit with red velvet lined case, includes multiple glass eye testing pieces and more. The case measures about 15 1/2" x10 1/2" x 3". This set is used showing wear to the case such as a tear in the top and other small tears, missing glass test pieces, the test glasses are broken, a few of the glass pieces have small chips on edges possible scratches, etc., tried to show in pictures, glass pieces are not in the appropriate spots.
