Vintage Sterling Tasting Cup on a Cork Barrel Plug w/ Watson"s Dundee Note Book

An unusual item for tasting Scotch from the barrel , I suppose.The cup is stamped sterling , and has other marks , a cross with some numbers . The stamp is not totally clear , but you can read it. It weighs 57 grams , 5 1/2 " tall x 1 7/8" in diameter.   The booklet is in nice condition , a leather cover with gold lettering . The interior is the finest quality of marbled paper.It feels like heavy silk .The little note book is held in by a band of the marbled paper and there is a place to slide in a business card on the other side .They came to me together .    I have not been able to find anything like it on the internet .I will ship it very carefully and insured
