    Description

    View-Master Model A, the original clamshell version of viewers, 1938 to 1944, made of lightweight Kodak Tenite plastic, prone to warping reels (you can’t expect the smooth advance of modern viewers). This viewer has that warping making it stiff, hard to advance
    The set comes in a gold top box (with an old .50 price tag) separated at two corners.
    There is noticeable wear around the corners. There are 8 hand-lettered reels and some original instructions and a 1942 reel list.
