    The upgraded Little Wizard II Planer and Jointer Saver is a portable, hand-held metal detector designed specifically for woodworkers. It helps detect small metal objects which can be buried inside new or used lumber. Undetected nails, screws, and other metal fragments can damage expensive jointer, planer, and saw blades, not to mention the risk of serious injury from flying metals! Easy to use, the Little Wizard II helps prevent all this by scanning for such objects. Detects all types of steel, stainless steel, zinc, magnesium, aluminum, brass, and copper. Scan any size wood, no matter the moisture content, with the 2-1/2" scanning head and know before you cut! Uses 1 9V battery, not included.
