Wordpress installation of website with Hosting

Description

I will set up a fresh WordPress installation, and then I will send you the login details and the IP address you need to point your domain to. Once your "A" record is updated to reflect the IP address I send you, you will be able to access and login to your new WordPress install directly from your own domain in less than 24 hours.
For transparency reasons I am providing the following details on what I am including in this package.
Hosting for the WordPress install (files + database) will be provided for one year (365 days) from the start of the job.
Job must be considered complete on our end after Wordpress user login details and server IP are provided.
No phpMyAdmin access will be provided.
No cPanel, Plesk, SSH, FTP, or any similar server access will be provided.
No Hosting details will be provided other than the IP address to point your domain to.
No support will be provided for issues other than server related issues via email.
Any support does not include manual database edits.
