Post World War II - Korean War Defense Nuclear Command Patch
. In the years leading up from the Cold War after WWII this patch most likely replaced the Manhattan Project. It is from the early Cold War, Korean War Era and represents a machine embroidered regulation issue patch. It was removed from a uniform. The exact beginning of when this patch was worn appears unknown, except it would be just after WWII, and it was worn until 1970. It is in fair to good condition and as old as 76 years old.
